Job Summary
To ensure a high-quality intake experience for new members, the full-time Member Admissions Specialist will coordinate admission operations, manage virtual workflows, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day admission operations and manage the intake process for new members
- Coordinate with medical providers and ensure accurate data entry in the EMR system
- Provide guidance on insurance plans and assist members with appointment scheduling and troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with related technology
- Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and Google Apps
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
