Job Summary

To ensure a high-quality intake experience for new members, the full-time Member Admissions Specialist will coordinate admission operations, manage virtual workflows, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day admission operations and manage the intake process for new members
  • Coordinate with medical providers and ensure accurate data entry in the EMR system
  • Provide guidance on insurance plans and assist members with appointment scheduling and troubleshooting
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with related technology
  • Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and Google Apps
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
