Job Summary
To support a high-quality intake experience for new members, the full-time Member Admissions Specialist will coordinate admissions operations, manage member workflows, and ensure accurate data entry in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day admission operations and manage the intake process for new members
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues affecting member treatment
- Coordinate with medical providers to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of admission forms
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Apps (Gmail and Google Docs)
- Access to reliable internet and telephone services with specified bandwidth requirements
