Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries related to membership, billing, scheduling, lab work, and prescription fulfillment
- Troubleshoot technical issues with members and escalate when necessary
- Assist in building documentation and onboarding processes as the team scales
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting customers/members
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM system is a plus
- Experience working with queer and trans community members in a service capacity is a plus
