Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries related to membership, billing, scheduling, lab work, and prescription fulfillment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with members and escalate when necessary
  • Assist in building documentation and onboarding processes as the team scales

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting customers/members
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM system is a plus
  • Experience working with queer and trans community members in a service capacity is a plus
