Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate - PBM - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with inquiries and issues related to pharmacy benefits
• Provide support in navigating the pharmacy benefit process and resolving concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction and effective service delivery

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for education
• Previous experience in customer service or healthcare preferred
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefits and insurance processes is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
