Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with inquiries and issues related to their pharmacy benefits
• Provide support in navigating the pharmacy benefit process and resolving concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacies to ensure member satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
• Experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and prescription processes is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
