Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate to support members with administrative components of their membership journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries regarding membership, billing, scheduling, lab work, and prescription fulfillment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
  • Assist in building documentation and onboarding processes while tracking insights from member interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a high volume of customers/members via email, telephone, or chat
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience working with queer and trans community members in a service capacity is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment
  • Commitment to creating an exceptional experience for members
