Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Advocate to join their customer support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on health insurance and employer benefits across multiple communication channels
- Assist new customers with onboarding and selecting appropriate health plans
- Help members navigate their care journey and address issues related to claims or provider referrals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience in social work, patient advocacy, or health coaching preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Some knowledge of healthcare and/or insurance benefits preferred
- Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable to change in a startup environment
