Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate to join their customer support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on health insurance and employer benefits across multiple communication channels
  • Assist new customers with onboarding and selecting appropriate health plans
  • Help members navigate their care journey and address issues related to claims or provider referrals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience in social work, patient advocacy, or health coaching preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
  • Some knowledge of healthcare and/or insurance benefits preferred
  • Comfortable with remote work and modern web applications
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable to change in a startup environment
