- Communicate with members via telephone and email to address inquiries regarding claims
- Coordinate with members and client services to obtain necessary documentation for negotiations
- Maintain records of member interactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Insurance knowledge preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
