Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with members via telephone and email to address inquiries regarding claims
  • Coordinate with members and client services to obtain necessary documentation for negotiations
  • Maintain records of member interactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Insurance knowledge preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
