Job Summary

Member Advocate, a full-time remote position responsible for managing complex customer inquiries, providing personalized solutions, and maintaining member relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field complex inbound inquiries and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain deep job knowledge to educate members and meet key performance metrics
  • Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to enhance the member experience
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of pharmacy or healthcare customer service experience
  • Experience with PBM Contact Center and CRM technologies preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
