Job Summary
Member Advocate, a full-time remote position responsible for managing complex customer inquiries, providing personalized solutions, and maintaining member relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Field complex inbound inquiries and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain deep job knowledge to educate members and meet key performance metrics
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to enhance the member experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of pharmacy or healthcare customer service experience
- Experience with PBM Contact Center and CRM technologies preferred
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
