Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Member Advocate will manage all plan member communications, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding claims while ensuring a smooth resolution process.
Key responsibilities
- Confer with members via telephone and email to respond to inquiries about claims
- Coordinate with members and client services to obtain necessary documentation for negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and actions taken to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Insurance knowledge preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
