Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Member Advocate will manage all plan member communications, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding claims while ensuring a smooth resolution process.

Key responsibilities
  • Confer with members via telephone and email to respond to inquiries about claims
  • Coordinate with members and client services to obtain necessary documentation for negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and actions taken to resolve issues
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Insurance knowledge preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
