Job Summary

Serving as a trusted resource for members navigating healthcare decisions, the full-time Member Advocate will deliver a high-touch experience via phone, email, and chat while assisting members with understanding costs, identifying quality care options, and maximizing available incentives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Guide members through healthcare decisions, including provider searches and treatment planning, using the Valenz Bluebook platform
  • Educate members on incentive programs and assist with account-related needs while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share member feedback and contribute to ongoing improvements in member experience
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, member services, or healthcare navigation
  • Strong communication skills across phone, written, and digital channels
  • Excellent customer service instincts with the ability to build trust and create positive member experiences
  • High level of organization and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology platforms in a fast-paced environment
