Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Member Advocate, the candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with inquiries about their medical and dental packages while reinforcing the company's commitment to quality and equitable healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Assist members by answering questions and resolving issues related to their healthcare plans
- Participate in a structured training program to develop knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment while dedicating time to ongoing learning and development
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication via phone, email, or in person
- Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
- Must be located in the Eastern Standard Time zone
