Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Member Advocate will provide exceptional support to members by answering inquiries, explaining medical and dental packages, and ensuring a positive consumer experience during their scheduled shifts from 1:00pm to 9:00pm EST after initial training.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist members with inquiries and problem resolution, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance knowledge of the health insurance industry
  • Utilize technology effectively to manage member interactions and maintain accurate records
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers by phone, email, or in person
  • Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work within the Eastern Standard time zone
