Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing member experiences, the full-time Member Advocate will provide support in a remote environment by answering inquiries, explaining medical and dental packages, and ensuring member satisfaction through effective problem-solving.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist members by addressing their questions and concerns regarding healthcare services and benefits
  • Participate in a structured training program to develop knowledge of the health insurance industry
  • Manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced service center environment while maintaining a focus on member needs
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with significant communication with customers
  • Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be located in the Eastern Standard time zone
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unscripted service environment
