Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service as the initial point of contact for the insured
  • Proactively anticipate caller's needs and follow through on customer commitments
  • Ensure all processing activities are accurately completed and adhere to assigned schedules

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in computer information systems and phone systems
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
