Job Summary
Empathetic and motivated individuals will find a remote opportunity as a Member Advocate - Remote, responsible for managing complex customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships with members in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Field complex inbound inquiries, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and empathy
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide insights for process improvement
Required qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of pharmacy or healthcare customer service experience
- Experience with PBM Contact Center, Chat Support, AI, and CRM technologies preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
