Job Summary

Member and Provider Optimization Associate, responsible for managing cross-functional projects and process improvements in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects
• Evaluates departmental performance through data analysis and metric development
• Collaborates with stakeholders to create strategies for change management and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in health insurance
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
• 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows
• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
• Bonus points for a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
