Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service through various channels, acting as a single point of contact for member inquiries
- Educate members on health benefit coverage, including FSAs, HSAs, and reimbursement levels
- Take ownership of the member experience, ensuring consistency and resolution throughout their healthcare journey
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of healthcare industry work experience
- Experience in client-focused solutions with direct member contact
- 1+ year of telephonic verification of medical benefits
- Medical claims exposure, including ICD-9/10 and CPT coding
