Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service through various channels, acting as a single point of contact for member inquiries
  • Educate members on health benefit coverage, including FSAs, HSAs, and reimbursement levels
  • Take ownership of the member experience, ensuring consistency and resolution throughout their healthcare journey
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of healthcare industry work experience
  • Experience in client-focused solutions with direct member contact
  • 1+ year of telephonic verification of medical benefits
  • Medical claims exposure, including ICD-9/10 and CPT coding
