Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Benefit Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members through multiple communication channels while maintaining ownership of their inquiries
  • Educate members on benefit plans, including FSAs, HSAs, and HRAs, and guide them through their healthcare experience
  • Conduct research and resolve member issues, ensuring a seamless experience and compliance with HIPAA guidelines


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of healthcare industry work experience
  • Experience in direct member contact and education, ideally in a virtual or telephonic setting
  • 1+ year of telephonic verification of medical benefits
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience in roles focused on benefits
