Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service across multiple channels while maintaining ownership of member resolutions
  • Become an expert in benefit administration and guide members on health benefit coverage and resources
  • Take ownership of the member experience, reducing handoffs and ensuring consistency in service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of healthcare industry work experience
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with direct member contact
  • 1+ year of telephonic verification of medical benefits
  • Medical claims exposure, including ICD-9/10 coding and CPT coding
