Job Summary
Providing leadership and mentorship, the full-time Supervisor, Member Benefits will oversee the Member Experience team remotely, focusing on staff development, performance management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while managing escalated calls and departmental activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to achieve service and quality goals
- Manage departmental activities, including call volume and quality, to meet productivity levels and performance standards
- Promote a teamwork environment that fosters positive morale and accountability while overseeing escalated issue resolution
Required qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent combination of work experience
- Proven leadership experience in a service environment, preferably a contact center
- Experience in the healthcare benefits/insurance industry is a strong plus
- Strong technology skills, particularly with Microsoft products
- Established problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions independently in a fast-paced environment
