Job Summary

A company is looking for a DME Member Care Agent, remote position based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of products, customers, medical conditions, and the insurance market
• Serve as the first line of contact for customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Manage the full customer relationship lifecycle, ensuring positive interactions and strong documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer success roles within a durable medical equipment (DME) company
• Passion for consumer healthcare and commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong advocacy for customer needs in product development
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task prioritization
