Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Care Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with members and providers
- Support clients via phone, email, and chat, while reviewing member policies
- Document interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation
- 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
- Ability to multitask across multiple platforms
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
