Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Care Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with members and providers
  • Support clients via phone, email, and chat, while reviewing member policies
  • Document interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation
  • 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask across multiple platforms
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
