Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate (MCA) to provide support and guidance to members navigating their healthcare benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member-centered support in a high-volume environment through inbound calls
  • Resolve core member issues related to benefits coverage and connect members to available programs
  • Leverage tools and resources to document interactions and ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of customer service or healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls using VoIP phone systems
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software
  • Ability to work from a secure, distraction-free home office with reliable internet
  • Must complete a 3-week paid training period with no planned time off permitted
