Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate - Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with pharmacy claims processing and plan benefits
  • Receive and respond to inquiries from members, clients, pharmacies, and physician offices
  • Provide administrative support to Member Care Leadership and other teams
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; a 2-year college degree in a related field is preferred
  • Pharmacy technician or equivalent experience preferred
  • Two years of applicable experience preferred
  • Knowledge of claims processing is helpful
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
