Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate - Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with pharmacy claims processing and plan benefits
- Receive and respond to inquiries from members, clients, pharmacies, and physician offices
- Provide administrative support to Member Care Leadership and other teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma; a 2-year college degree in a related field is preferred
- Pharmacy technician or equivalent experience preferred
- Two years of applicable experience preferred
- Knowledge of claims processing is helpful
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
