Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the remote Member Care Advocate will provide empathetic member support, resolve healthcare-related inquiries, and empower members to navigate their benefits effectively in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide member-centered support by answering inbound calls and chats with clarity and empathy
  • Resolve core member issues by explaining benefits coverage and connecting members to available programs
  • Leverage tools and resources to document interactions accurately and ensure continuity of care
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of customer service or healthcare experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls using VoIP phone systems
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, Apple products, and CRM software
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations
  • Ability to work from a secure, distraction-free home office with reliable internet
