Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology initiative, the full-time Member Care Advocate Manager will oversee daily operations of the Member Care Advocate team, manage a portfolio of complex member cases, and build analytical systems for data-driven care interventions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the MCA team's operations, ensuring effective execution of member outreach and care interventions
  • Develop and maintain data standards and processes to synthesize member engagement data for actionable insights
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor Member Care Advocates while fostering a culture of accountability and member-centered communication
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in case management, care coordination, or digital health coaching, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
  • Working knowledge of HEDIS measures and ability to translate specifications into operational protocols
  • Experience managing front-line care teams in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret member data and identify actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach scripting and presenting data
