Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Care & Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and educate prospective patients in local partner clinics
  • Organize community events and maintain engagement with the member base
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member issue resolution and collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience in healthcare
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, healthcare/health plan sales, or community engagement
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and medical technology including EMR
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines and quality standards
