Job Summary
Member Care Team Lead, oversees a full-time remote team of representatives supporting members of a health sharing organization, ensuring compassionate member service and handling escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day member care operations and support team performance
- Monitor and maintain documentation of key member care items and ensure accurate call documentation
- Serve as the first point of escalation for complex member situations and provide real-time coaching
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a customer service or call center team
- Working knowledge of Catholic Church teachings on the sanctity of life
- Meticulous documentation habits for logging member interactions
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must clear all required background checks and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
