Job Summary

Leading a team of Member Care Coordinators, the full-time Member Care Team Manager will drive high-quality member experiences through effective communication and operational excellence while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Member Care Coordinators to support members across multiple channels
  • Analyze member feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clinical leadership to address systemic issues and enhance member care
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing and/or operational roles
  • 1+ years of experience in people management
  • Healthcare industry experience required; knowledge of insurance claims processes is a plus
  • Experience in designing and implementing processes at scale
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Looker or Google Sheets
