Job Summary
Leading a team of Member Care Coordinators, the full-time Member Care Team Manager will drive high-quality member experiences through effective communication and operational excellence while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Member Care Coordinators to support members across multiple channels
- Analyze member feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clinical leadership to address systemic issues and enhance member care
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing and/or operational roles
- 1+ years of experience in people management
- Healthcare industry experience required; knowledge of insurance claims processes is a plus
- Experience in designing and implementing processes at scale
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Looker or Google Sheets
