Job Summary
To support member engagement efforts, the part-time contract Member Communications Specialist will build, test, and deploy email campaigns in Customer.io, coordinate communications across client programs, and ensure timely delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in Customer.io based on team direction
- Execute member communications across client programs, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather approvals and maintain campaign documentation
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or member/customer communications
- Hands-on experience building campaigns in Customer.io or a comparable ESP
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in QA and proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder coordination through tools like Slack and Google Suite
