Job Summary

- Provide omnichannel assistance to members and potential members by acquiring in-depth knowledge of all credit union departments
- Create consistent positive member experiences through active listening and knowledge of products/services
- Meet performance metrics and participate in organization/department projects
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of related experience required
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and work independently
- Strong computer skills and experience in a Windows environment
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and regulations
- Coachable and engage in clear and honest dialogue
