Job Summary
Providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Member Contact Center Consultant will assist members and potential members with inquiries, ensuring a one-call resolution while maintaining confidentiality and trust.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver omnichannel support by acquiring in-depth knowledge of credit union services and products
- Create positive member experiences through active listening and effective de-escalation skills
- Meet performance metrics while participating in departmental projects to enhance organizational goals
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of related experience
- Strong computer skills with experience in a Windows environment
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and regulations
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and work independently
- Excellent listening skills complemented by proficient verbal and written communication
