Job Summary

Providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Member Contact Center Consultant will assist members and potential members with inquiries, ensuring a one-call resolution while maintaining confidentiality and trust.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver omnichannel support by acquiring in-depth knowledge of credit union services and products
  • Create positive member experiences through active listening and effective de-escalation skills
  • Meet performance metrics while participating in departmental projects to enhance organizational goals
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Strong computer skills with experience in a Windows environment
  • Ability to follow procedures, policies, and regulations
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and work independently
  • Excellent listening skills complemented by proficient verbal and written communication
