Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 2 - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consults with members to identify needs and offers solutions
  • Provides efficient and timely service through various communication channels
  • Performs account maintenance and recommends products and services to members
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of retail customer service experience, including 1 year in a financial institution
  • Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services
  • Working knowledge of applicable laws and compliance practices
  • High School diploma or equivalent; successful completion of compliance coursework
  • Bi-lingual preferred
