Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 2 - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary service to members through various communication channels
- Process member transactions and account maintenance accurately and efficiently
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of retail customer service experience, including 1 year in a financial institution
- Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services
- Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance practices
- High School diploma or equivalent; successful completion of compliance coursework
- Bi-lingual preferred
