Member Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 PT - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels
• Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions
• Perform account maintenance and report any suspicious behavior or fraud activity

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 1 year of retail experience with a track record of meeting service and sales goals
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping members
