Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Representative I.

- Process basic member service transactions and consult with members to identify needs and offer solutions

Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of retail experience with a track record of meeting service and sales goals
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and remote signing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Genuine interest in helping members and a personable, professional demeanor
