Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 to provide exemplary service to members through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, and other channels
- Consult with members to identify needs and offer appropriate solutions and product recommendations
- Perform various account maintenance tasks and ensure confidentiality of member information
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in service and sales goals
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to operate a webcam
- High School Diploma or equivalent
