Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels
- Process basic member service transactions and consult with members to identify needs and offer solutions
- Perform account maintenance and recommend additional products and services based on member interactions
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of retail experience with a track record of meeting service and sales goals
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Genuine interest in helping members and a caring nature
