Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels
  • Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions
  • Perform account maintenance and recommend additional products and services as appropriate
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in service and sales goals
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services
  • Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Genuine interest in helping members with an empathetic and caring nature
