Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 to provide exemplary service to members through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, and other channels
- Consult with members to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Perform account maintenance and process various member transactions accurately
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in service and sales
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
