Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 to provide exemplary service to members through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, and facsimile
  • Perform basic member service transactions and consult with members to identify needs and offer solutions
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information and represent the organization in a professional manner
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in meeting service and sales goals
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services
  • Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
