Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 to provide exemplary service to members through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, and facsimile
- Perform basic member service transactions and consult with members to identify needs and offer solutions
- Maintain confidentiality of member information and represent the organization in a professional manner
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in meeting service and sales goals
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Genuine interest in helping members and a personable, professional demeanor
