Member Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 - Part Time - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication methods
• Consult with members to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Perform account maintenance and ensure confidentiality of member information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in service and sales goals
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Competent computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Genuine interest in helping members and a caring nature
