Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Contract Specialist III.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and distribute complex new and renewing custom member and employer contract documents
- Complete detailed analysis of incoming requests to ensure correct documents are issued
- Create and submit regulatory filings for custom contract documents and maintain the group's legal file
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Five years of combined experience in a customer service/public contact role or similar role with health plan document writing experience
- Familiarity with BQTs and/or SBCs is a plus
- Exposure to Kaizen/Lean methods
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
