Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Contract Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and distribute complex new and renewing custom member and employer contract documents
  • Complete detailed analysis of incoming requests to ensure correct documents are issued
  • Create and submit regulatory filings for custom contract documents and maintain the group's legal file
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Five years of combined experience in a customer service/public contact role or similar role with health plan document writing experience
  • Familiarity with BQTs and/or SBCs is a plus
  • Exposure to Kaizen/Lean methods
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
