Member Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Member Mobilization and Engagement Associate will build and maintain relationships with Elder Council members and Community Based Organizations, conduct community research, and support Member Advisory Committee activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Elder Council members and internal stakeholders
• Conduct community research and develop partnerships to support councils' annual activity plans
• Oversee Member Advisory Committee recruitment, meeting logistics, and maintain accurate records

Required qualifications:

• Project management skills with the ability to track and follow up on action items
• Experience using data and analytics tools for decision-making
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Adept at learning new tools and systems
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
