Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Coordinator II to support engagement operations and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute quality control on communications and monitor automated email activity for issues
  • Support campaign execution across multiple channels and assist with Salesforce case fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Experience in documentation and process standardization
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
