Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Engagement Coordinator II to support engagement operations and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute quality control on communications and monitor automated email activity for issues
- Support campaign execution across multiple channels and assist with Salesforce case fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe tools
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience in documentation and process standardization
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
