Job Summary
Enthusiastic and customer-focused, the part-time Member Engagement Coordinator will proactively engage with members to increase participation in Savings4Members programs, communicate offerings, and provide exceptional service, working onsite in Manchester, NH with hybrid remote options available after training.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with members through outbound outreach to enhance program participation
- Communicate program offerings and educate members on opportunities to improve their business
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and enhance member experience
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly
- Comfortable managing high call volumes (inbound and outbound)
