Member Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Coordinator to improve access to care for members through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free health evaluations
• Utilize scripts to communicate effectively with members and explain health evaluation details
• Overcome objections and persuade members to prioritize their health while meeting daily performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Desire to work in a results-driven outbound call center environment
• Strong sales aptitude with a focus on earning monthly incentives
• Previous experience in high-volume call centers and with auto-dialers is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously
