Key Responsibilities
- Support nationwide member initiatives, service opportunities, and programs
- Develop and maintain effective team organizational systems and workflows
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting to manage Chapter and program expenses
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of executive level administrative experience, preferably in music or creative industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications; familiarity with event marketing platforms is a plus
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and make decisions in high-stress situations
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Must be adaptable to change and open to innovative ideas
