Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, National Member Engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nationwide member initiatives, service opportunities, and programs
  • Develop and maintain effective team organizational systems and workflows
  • Collaborate with Finance & Accounting to manage Chapter and program expenses


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of executive level administrative experience, preferably in music or creative industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications; familiarity with event marketing platforms is a plus
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and make decisions in high-stress situations
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Must be adaptable to change and open to innovative ideas
