Member Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for member organizations and drive membership goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a robust sales strategy to reach non-profit organizations
• Serve as the first point of contact for member organizations, providing guidance and support
• Manage the member engagement pipeline, including onboarding, renewals, and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• BA degree in sales, marketing communications, non-profit management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, nonprofit program coordination, or membership management
• Familiarity with CRM systems or membership management tools
• Experience managing relationships with multiple organizations simultaneously
• Understanding of nonprofit management or community-based organizations preferred
